The Challenge
Up against a tight deadline, The Apiary Studios turned conceptual designs for a watersports park into 3D renderings and animated flythroughs, bringing to life the future of an existing space for those standing on it in the present.
Brief
With a fast-approaching grand opening celebration for a specialized watersports cable park, USA Watersports would have thousands of fans and prospective donors on site. What they didn’t have was a way to pitch their vision for the future to this captive audience. Until The Apiary came along.
The Story
Visualizing the Future
For USA Water Ski and Wake Sports Foundation, a new cable park was only the beginning. Their vision encompassed a sprawling, state-of-the-art facility including a conference center, waterfront restaurants, observation decks, retail spaces, and a waterski museum. With only the cable park built, they worried that communicating their vision would take more than just words.
Experiencing Through Guests’ Eyes
The Apiary Studios took The Lunz Group’s conceptual renderings of the future site and went to work bringing the vision to life. Our flythroughs highlighted the stunning details of what was to become so much more than a cable park.
We helped viewers soar above the fun and adventure of this facility, where everyone from beginners to professional competitors could see themselves engaged in high-octane aquatic activities.
Providing Security for Investors
For prospective investors, we highlighted the revenue-generating features of the design, including the pro shop, restaurants, and conference spaces.
Cultivating Support
Through thoughtful collaboration, our team of visualization artists was able to amplify the vision of USA Watersports and help them begin fundraising efforts with a huge splash.
